Gateway to Excellence

Constructed by Janicki General Contracting and completed in January 2023, the Gateway Commercial building is a standout example of commercial excellence, offering 5,943 square feet of premium space. This modern building currently hosts a state-of-the-art Starbucks coffee shop, complete with a drive-thru window, patio seating, and stunning exposed wood ceilings. The storefront is adorned with a bronze-colored steel awning that provides shelter while adding a touch of elegance, illuminated beautifully at night.

In addition to Starbucks, the building now proudly includes the new WECU Financial Center, a key addition to the Sedro-Woolley community. The third and final space, offering prime commercial real estate, is available for lease as of September 1, 2024.
